The DC1400 offers 14MP Images and HD video

The camera struts a Super Macro Auto Focus lens allowing shooting as close as one inch from the subject. The DC1400 offers six underwater modes, 27 scene modes and Optical Image Stabilization CCD-shift technology. A great feature is the so called Spy Mode which  autonomously operates the camera to take a continuous string of images at custom-preset time intervals. The rechargeable lithium battery allws continous HD video shooting for approximately one hour or more than 200 images. DC1400THe offers 20 MB of builtin memory, and up to 32 GB SD/SDHC Card slot.

Tokina releases a new version of the 10-17 Fisheye lensJuly 12, 2011 - 10:13 am
The new version has no lens hood

Tokina announced the update of its 10-17 f/3.5-4.5 lens  - one of currently most popular lenses for underwater use.

There are very few improvements actually. The new version of the lens - Tokina AT-X 107 NH is a version lacking the built in lens hood allowing more coverage when used with full frame cameras. In addition, the new lens has an improved front element “Water Repellent" optical coating that is easier to clean and drains water drops faster.
Other than that, it's the same lens and obviously Tokina doesn't aim at photographers who already own the original version of the lens.

Nikon launches D5100 dSLR cameraApril 6, 2011 - 3:48 pm
The camera would feature the same CMOS sensor and EXPEED 2 engine as D7000

Nikon Corporation announced the release of the Nikon D5100, a Nikon DX-format digital-SLR camera equipped with a vari-angle monitor and the EXPEED 2 image-processing engine.
The D5100 is equipped with the same DX-format CMOS image sensor and EXPEED 2 image-processing engine as the high-end D7000 digital-SLR camera. With standard sensitivity settings of ISO 100–6400 and additional increases up to Hi 2 (ISO 25600 equivalent), the camera offers improved low-light shooting capability. The camera has a High Dynamic Range (HDR) function capturing two shots of varying exposure each time the shutter-release button is pressed, and then combining the two shots into a single image with a broad dynamic range.
The vari-angle monitor adopted for the D5100 has been enlarged to three inches, and utilizes a side hinge that enables flexible use from more angles with hand-held shooting and when the camera is mounted on a tripod.
The D5100 is equipped with the D-Movie function that enables recording of high-definition movies (1920 X 1080p, 30p). Autofocusing during movie recording is possible using contrast-detect AF. When the focus mode is set to full-time-servo AF (AF-F) and the AF-area mode to subject-tracking AF, the camera automatically maintains focus on a subject moving throughout the frame. The D5100 also offers in-camera movie editing functions that allow users to save a single frame as a still JPEG image or delete unnecessary portions from the beginning and/or end of movie files.
